Every cricketer has to exercise.Unless a cricketer is completely fit,he will not be able to perform to his full capacity in the cricket field.So here are a few exercises for spinners.
Some of the exercises which every spinner should do are:
- Bodyweight exercises
- Powerlifting
- Team sports (hockey, soccer, basketball, tennis)
Remember,you don't need to perform all of these exercises everyday.Also take care that you are not injured in any way through these.
You can also try jogging and swimming if you want.
The key is to perform those exercises which you enjoy,which you are comfortable with,since at the end of the day,your main priority should be to concentrate on your spin and to make sure that you stay away from any kinds of injuries.
